Dear Poughkeepsie Middle School Parents and Guardians,

The Poughkeepsie Middle School team is writing to you today regarding the School Comprehensive Educational Plan (SCEP) for the upcoming 2025-26 school year.  The SCEP is a strategic blueprint that guides efforts to improve student learning and overall well-being.

As part of a commitment to continuous improvement and family engagement, input is gathered from all school community members, including parents and guardians, through a brief survey.  This feedback will help identify areas of strength and areas for growth, ensuring the SCEP effectively addresses the needs of students and families.

Participation in this survey is crucial because it provides insights that will inform the decision-making and planning process for the upcoming school year.  Sharing perspectives will help:
•    Better understand what you think about our school.
•    Identify key areas for improvement in our educational programs and services.
•    Ensure the plan aligns with the needs and priorities of the school community.
